Dear Sir/Madam: I have an OpenVox SWG3016 device that is stuck in a boot loop and cannot start normally.

Serial Number: S13HJ052YBU

Currently, the device only accesses the "UPDATE UTILITY V1.5.3" recovery page, where it displays product_id=12 and requires separate files for:
• Kernel
• Rootfs
• U-Boot
• DTB
I have already downloaded the public firmware package for the SWG-3008 / SWG-3016 / SWG-3032 family and extracted:
• swg30xx.img
• swg30xx.img.md5
The MD5 check matches correctly, but the swg30xx.img file appears to be encrypted, so it does not expose usable components for manual recovery using this web utility. Please help me with the correct recovery package for this device:

I would appreciate it if you could send me:

1. The correct recovery package for SWG3016 / Product ID=12
2. The exact files I need to upload for:
   o Kernel

4. Confirmation of whether U-Boot should remain intact unless absolutely necessary. Can someone help me with these files or tell me where to download them?
