Error reading some time series

I am trying to access the following time series with TSTool but I cannot find them. I am filtering by Time Series Id.

There is another time series we need to retrieve that is not included in the list I sent you. It is time series Id 35122010.

Not sure if it is handled the same way as the other ones in that list I sent you, but it also fails and the TSID looks different, with no quotes.

This involved several problems.

1. The time series in question are using datasource=. A separate datastore configuration file must be configured for this. I confirmed with Claudia that she could set this up.
2. TSTool core code was not handling time series identifiers with data type parts that had quoted part at the front such as: 'something1'-something2. It did handle a fully-quoted data type and quoted part at the end of the data type (something-'something2'). I fixed this but need to run all the tests and release a new TSTool since this impacted the core software.
3. The time series that were requested had an interpolation type of 104. This was not listed in the documentation that I was provided (see the Datastore documentation). I temporarily put in the same category as the other *04 interpolation and retrieved data as shown below. However, a definitive answer is needed before releasing the software because this impacts start and end of interval handling. Note that ts_spacing is blank so the interval is treated as IrregSecond, but the values look like daily? I have asked Kisters support and Northern folks for a link to relevant documentation because I can't find it with a web search.

TSTool 14.5.4 and KiWIS plugin 1.1.1 fixes these issues. Wait to close until users confirm.
