Inventory opening causes increased stuttering each time

When opening and closing the inventory, using F1-F4 items, opening closing PDA, FPS dramatically decreases, does not return to normal state (spamming works, or it can stack up over like 30 minutes of playing)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load game save
Spam inventory open and close button
Fps decreases
Not profit :(

Expected behavior
Fps returning to normal
