Exited with Status Code 254

Hello, I can't get OpenZwave to work, I still have a Code 254 error

If i check in my MQTT logs i see that ozw are able to connect

I can connect to the GUI and i see my device but the docker crash and stop with an exit code 254

In the current log i see: [ozw.daemon] [info]: Exit Reason: EXIT_ANOTHERINSTANCE

I check in my unraid console: and i dont have anoter instance running, i also try to re install multiple time with no succes

I'm getting the same error code. No idea what's up. I'm using the Aeotec Gen5+

Anyone have any luck in the last month?
I'm getting the same error using Zooz Z-Wave Plus S2 USB Stick ZST10
(registers on lsusb as Sigma Designs, Inc. Aeotec Z-Stick Gen5 (ZW090) - UZB)

EDIT: It seems to be isolated to the allinone-latest image. I'm testing the daemon-only image and it seems to not be exiting.
