This is a workaround for OpenZWave#140 to ensure the daemon is able to start up while we are waiting for a proper fix

Brett,
I searched on docker-hub to try out your fix for 185 and wasn't able to
locate it. Has it already been uploaded?
I am currently running on an Intel NUC using VirtualBox and the VDI image
downloaded from the home assistant install page. Am I correct in assuming
I can continue to run as I am now with the exception of running your docker
image separately instead of OpenZWave as an addon in my virtual machine?
