Remove references to Netlify on our prod

Prerequisites

Proposal

We are not using Netlify to deploy web.unified-design-system.orange.com, so the logo might be removed from this place on prod only and kept on deploy previews.
Also we can remove Pre-release on Netlify and rather use See last updates on main branch or something similar.

It might be an action to run while releasing or not, to determine.

Motivation and context

"Netlify is bad site, you should use something else"

At least hide a bit that we use them on prod.
