Can we have an admin UI to see which tenant is currently running on which node? This is also useful if you actually run a single node only, to see which tenants are awake vs asleep. |

I think this PR is something we need to review, investigate and complete. @jtkech spent lots of time on creating a way to cluster tenants and should be completed
