Summary

• Split the WETH ARM Talos pricing schedule into separate Lido and Ether.fi jobs.
• Run both jobs every 10 minutes with a two-minute stagger.
• Configure the requested pricing parameters for both jobs.
• Remove the superseded mainnet_set_prices_weth schedule.
• Send a pricing transaction when either the target buy or sell liquidity amount changes, even if prices remain within tolerance.
• Update the Talos action documentation and add tests for liquidity-amount change detection.
