ROU-12666: Make Pickers preview react to icon library

This PR is for improving datepicker, datepicker range, monthpicker and timepicker previews on IDE for O11 and ODC platforms.

What was happening

• After icon modernization the pickers icons look outdated;
• Apart from this the preview images were base64 and now are just on library side;

What was done

• update scss to use pseudo-elements and css strategies to preview all the variations;

Test Steps

1. Open samples on IDE to see preview of all variations
