[Feature Request] Hard refresh the list

Is there some way to manually hard refresh the list? I have situation where this will be required with pull to refresh etc.

A in-built functionality is not implemented, but as a hack: You can just pass a new key to the Pagination widget to get it to refresh.

1. This feature would be really helpful. In this old package paginate_firestore there is a refreshChangeListener for this situation. Setting the new key is not nice UI solution, because it triggers the rebuild and initial loader is shown.

3. And it would be really great to have option with no stream data just loaded and kept not updated. Even when I set isLive to false the documents are updated when they are changed and also removed when document is deleted. I will also point to paginate_firestore where if you set isLive to false it's really not live. Your solution is also very handy, but this one is missing for me.

I can't use this package until this 3 things will be added or fixed. I will contribute 5€ for each item + 5€, if it is done in June. Thank you in advance for your great work.

I see. I'm currently very busy to implement this. I'll do it when I find some time.
