Menu logic for Monitoring / Data Usage unclear

When viewing the Monitoring / Cellular Stats (still loving this!), next to this option is the "Data Usage".
I would expect to see my previous/current usage or consumption.

Clicking on it actually brings me to the Setup area, where I can configure my data plan:

While clicking on the "Setup" option in the main section "Monitoring", stays within the monitoring section, as expected.

So, the "Data Usage" UX behaviour looks like an anomaly to me.

Data Usage is part of the Alerting subsystem and predates the Monitoring subsystem. This is just a convenience cross link.

When I implemented it I POC'd having the view be modular so the tab would be reusable in both sections but didn't deem it worth the regression risk.
