Implement shader spot light method #145

Implement the point light method float3 computeSpot(SpotLight light) float3 computeSpot(SpotLight light, float3 fragPos, float3 normal, float3 viewDir) found in shaders/shader_lights.slang. Populate the struct SpotLight struct with any required data as necessary.

The method should return the total contribution of the given point light onto the current fragment according to Blinn-Phong lighting. For a refresher on Blinn-Phong, see Joey's OpenGL book.
