Academic Year: Calculates the academic semester and year based on the report date generated by the pipeline.

How to Use the Formula:

  1. In Quickbase, go to the table where you want to add the calculated semester and year field.
  2. Click on "Customize Fields."
  3. Create a new text field or edit an existing one.
  4. In the "Formula" section, paste the formula you copied above.
  5. Replace [Report Date] with the actual name of your field containing the report dates.
  6. Save the field. This formula will automatically categorize your report dates into semesters and corresponding academic years based on the month of the report date.
