@copilot 使用禁止图标而不是文字，这个图标已经在项目其它位置用过了（数据透视-种子-封禁历史那个按钮），如果你不知道是什么可以自己找一下。

@copilot 使用禁止图标而不是文字，这个图标已经在项目其它位置用过了（数据透视-种子-封禁历史那个按钮），如果你不知道是什么可以自己找一下。

已按你的要求改成了项目内一致的禁止图标（icon-stop），不再使用文字按钮，交互仍保留确认弹窗与手动屏蔽逻辑。对应提交：3d18642。截图：/tmp/peerlist-block-icon.png
