描述 / Description

部分第三方主页（如“Minecraft 新闻”）使用了“打开帮助”事件来将历史版本 Minecraft 的更新日志抽离到独立 XAML 页面。

在 v2.15.0-beta.4 中，“打开帮助”事件被触发会直接跳转到 https://docs.pclc.cc/ce/ 导致用到这些功能的主页无法按照预期工作。

重现步骤 / Steps to Reproduce

1. 使用第三方主页“Minecraft 新闻”；
2. 回到“启动”页面，点击第三方主页中的“历史版本更新日志”按钮。
