Description

An Update log of PCSX2 to point when a person updated from a specific version of pcsx2 to which specific version of pcsx2.

Reason

Primarily it will make bisecting pcsx2 issues easier as currently there is ko way to track updates.
It will also help people reverting back to versions or keeping separate versions of pcsx2 on which their specific game works perfectly.

Examples

I have seen psvita emulator indicate version updates in a log but I can not specifically provide examples at the moment, however a simple log should not be a difficult task to implement and should be a feature for every emulator.
