…licate symbol issue PyMatching c60642af has correlated matching (PR #156) which exploits X-Z cross-lattice correlations from depolarizing noise. IRMWPM paper shows 16% threshold improvement (1.0% -> 1.16%) in simulation. Blocked: both pecos-pymatching and pecos-chromobius compile their own copy of PyMatching C++ sources. Updating to the new version causes duplicate symbol linker errors. Fix requires refactoring chromobius to link against pecos-pymatching's compiled objects. Also: DGR-style intra-graph correlation re-weighting does not help with correct DEM weights in simulation. The real improvement comes from X-Z cross-lattice correlations (IRMWPM/correlated matching).
