Video tutorials and dev log infrastructure for Patreon

Status Update — Video Tutorials (3/31)

Completed:

• Recorded audio for 3 tutorial scripts (Getting Started, Build from Figma, Dev Log 1)
• Set up HeyGen project "Aurelius Tutorial Series" with Photo Avatar, voice mirroring, and captions
• Test rendered Scene 1 (Getting Started, 1:15) using Avatar III (free tier)

Findings:

• Avatar III renders on the free plan but quality is limited — background color settings don't apply, and there's a HeyGen watermark
• Avatar IV (better motion/quality, no watermark) requires Creator plan upgrade
• Voice mirroring and lip sync work well with the recorded audio

Next steps:

• Upgrade to HeyGen Creator plan for Avatar IV rendering
• Re-render all 3 scenes with Avatar IV + custom background
• Remaining issue tasks: dev log templates, changelog automation

Deferred from v1.1.0 to v2.0.0. The changelog-automation portion is handled by commit-and-tag-version; the remaining video-tutorial rendering (HeyGen Creator plan) and Patreon dev-log/badge infrastructure is external, in-progress work that won't ship in v1.1.0. Moving to v2.0.0 to unblock the v1.1.0 release cut.
