Fix: Changes in Latest Version Check

Summary

Fixed: The function that is used to check if the current (editable) version of a process has changed from the version it is based on does not work

Details

• fixed the function that compares a version to the version it is based on by comparing both versions without any versioning information and by including the associated artefacts (user task forms, scripts, ...) of both versions
• changed the server action that is used to check if a process has changes to return the id of the based on version if the process has not changed
• changed the deployment function that was using the old logic
