For some reason some cheats work and some cheats don't when I've got PS2RD enabled in OPL

The Widescreen cheat for GTA 3 & San Andreas work fine, but for some reason the cheats for Vice City, Vice City Stories & Liberty City Stories don't work. The same goes for some other titles. Is there a way to fix this? Please let me know.
