Note that PSModule/memory is private in AGENTS.md

PSModule/memory now exists (was previously a 404 - see #83), scaffolded
per the Agentic Development framework in MSXOrg/docs. It's private, so
call that out alongside the clone instructions the same way MSXOrg/docs'
own bootstrap docs do for MSXOrg/memory.
