Previously, dismissStaleReviews() would dismiss ALL bot reviews with APPROVED or CHANGES_REQUESTED state. This could inadvertently dismiss reviews from Dependabot, Renovate, or other important bot reviewers. Now checks review body for our signature patterns before dismissing: - "No issues found. Changes look good." - "Found X issues..." - "Please address the high-severity issues..." - etc. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
