Thank you very much for your contribution. Since our repository does not currently have a Kabyle language model, we will not be merging this dictionary for now. However, we welcome and encourage contributions towards building a Kabyle language model together in the future. |

kabdictionary with standard alphabet as mentioned on the CLDR.This PR introduces latin symbols used specifically to write in kabyle language such as :
