App crashing on every task performed

Sometime apk don't open & after 2 min or less System says app don't respond (close or wait), i close the app and then reopen and working but always crashing on every task that i want to perform,App ver 2.5 hotfix 2 also try 2.5 only.

Even after startup, the profile load error crashes and the application closes.
