Componentized the LLC

Still getting used to collaborating with another repo, so didn't check for changes before doing a bit of work. Hope I haven't created any conflicts.

I broke up the LLC agreement into separate files by subject, introducing names and modularity.

weekend are using CommonAccord. If you are interested, a project on
