Megalomaniac should work as expected, e.g. assigning high weights to notables which increase your full dps.

Megalomaniac assigns high weights to seemingly totally random notables.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add Arc as your main skill, include it in full dps
2. Generate search weights for a megalomaniac with the default settings
3. Observe how the top results have just some random notables

This was already fixed by #2020. The addition of crafted mods to the trade site added a new category of mods, which caused filters to previously use the wrong category.
