Description of the problem being solved:
Adds support for "Current Energy Shield also grants Elemental Damage reduction" by adding a current energy shield percentage multiplier in ConfigOptions. The variable is limited to 150% as that's the maximum allowed by Overflow. Default placeholder is 100%.
Update:
Adding support for "defend against hits as though you had 1% more armour per 1% current energy shield" from The Mutable Star. Assumed limit of 150% as with Silks.
