Description of the problem being solved:

Adds Ward into PoB2. Lots of the old code still functioned thankfully.

  • The mods still reference Ward, but most labels and armour bases use RunicWard
  • Ward regeneration shows on the left side bar, by default it's 5% per second.
  • At the moment the Ward is taken first for max hit. In PoE2, Runic Ward is a last line of defence. So this should probably be re-ordered.
  • Fixes parsing of Runic Ward on items.
  • Fixes Armour, ES, and EV rune applying to Ward too.
  • Runic Ward costs for skills
  • Runic Ward cost efficiency
  • Runic Ward cost warning when not enough to use skill
  • Runic Ward on block (EHP currently not affected tho)
