Clean up PR: remove unrelated files, fix spectre placement

- Remove 9 unrelated Lua library files (base64, dkjson, sha1, xml)
  that were accidentally included
- Move Unholy Aberration entry to correct alphabetical position
  (between Undying and Wicker Man, not between Blackguard entries)
- Add #spectre directive to Spectres.txt (the source file for
  auto-generated Spectres.lua)
