Description of the problem being solved:
This mod never worked properly even when it was added because while the armour grants these skills, they're never considered to be socketed in your body armour. There is a more robust fix described in #3507, but this is the only item (to my recollection) that would need such an implementation, and wouldn't change the result significantly enough to warrant such complexity, in my opinion. The only difference would be if you equipped any of these offerings somewhere else and pumped up their level, PoB would consider those as applying to you even though they wouldn't in game.
