Regenerate the bundled example MNV TSV with the current output schema

The committed example output predated the 1.1.4 column additions (Local AA
Changes / Local SNP AA Changes and the Event Class/Components columns) and the
default emission of intergenic rows, so it no longer matched what the tool
produces. Regenerate it from the current engine on the shipped MTB example
(example/G35894.var.snp.vcf + MTB_ancestor.fas + anot_genes.txt) so the
distributed example reflects real output.
