Epigenomics Final Tasks

In this page we can access to the exercises proposed in the final task of epigenomics course. We analyze the data belonging to a single donor from ENTEx project, which comes from a collaboration between ENCODE and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) with the aim to deeply profile overlapping tissues from the same four donors.
