[BUG]: Top Level Widget does not hide menu

What happened?

When I clicked the hide menu button for the 'top level' widget, it did not hide the menu for that widget in the display or when run.

Hi @Wezhawk can you tell me on which OS and framework (tkinter/pyside) you get to see this behaviour, I tried on macos and it seems to work as intended
