When using form validation, if you refresh the page using refresh button/F5 it gives 2 stars instead of 1 in the label for required fields. Navigating to the page normally provides a single star.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to a page with validation
- Refresh page with refresh button/F5
- Two stars appear in label for required fields
Expected behavior
Only 1 star should appear in the label for each required field.

Two stars appear when page is refreshed
