Workflow Failure on Latest Docker Images

Bug Description

CI checks for the SIPNET Docker stack are currently failing both in GitHub Actions and on my local setup with the latest docker images with this error ->

To Reproduce

Pull the latest Docker images, start the PEcAn stack, and run a workflow via the web UI

Machine (please complete the following information):

• Server docker.]
• OS: [e.g.Linux]
• Browser[firefox]
• Version [e.g. 22]

This issue is fixed by @Alomir in this PR.And changes are reflected in latest docker images.Thanks to @infotroph for updating the sipnet image with develop tag. closing this.
