[Bug] UI: Excluding VMs from Balancing clips out of border

Describe the bug

when selecting an vm to be excluded from cluster balancing, the 'exclude' button clips out of the border with long vm names

Steps to Reproduce

1. Cluster -> Settings -> Balancing Configuration
2. select an vm at 'excluded vms'
3. observe

Expected behavior

'exclude' button should be clearly visible at all times

in the screenshots ive used an vm with an normal length, but afterwards it probably is because it tries to determine the max length from the vm with the longest name

Nice catch on the longest-VM-edge-case @hugobugomugo — that's exactly it. The select is flex-1 without min-w-0, so flex honors the intrinsic content width of the longest option and pushes the button off-screen on the right. Classic tailwind-flex gotcha.

Patched in the working tree — added min-w-0 to the select and flex-shrink-0 + whitespace-nowrap to the button on both the VM exclude row and the pool exclude row. Button stays pinned regardless of option name length. Will ride in the next release.

Fixed in v0.9.7.1 — the button now wraps cleanly inside the card. If you still see clipping after updating, screenshot please.
