Whenever a tag looking like *.*.* is pushed this will trigger a release build using Nerdbank.Gitversioning and a propper GitHub Release will be created out of the results. This will remove the need of publishing binaries in the repo. Note! This is currently not signing the executable!

You must make sure that any version changes in
version.jsonand such match what you intend to release before tagging.
