Because of the Dewitt clause in the terms of use of SQL server "You must obtain Microsoft’s prior written approval to disclose to a third party the results of any benchmark test of the software."
The same for Oracle or many other proprietary DBMS.

You could also add a disclaimer, like

The benchmark tests presented in this repository are intended solely to compare the performance of different client libraries or frameworks, including our own, under equivalent conditions. We do not aim to evaluate or compare the performance of any database management system (DBMS). No specific tuning, optimization, or configuration beyond default settings has been applied to the DBMSs involved. These results are therefore not representative of the capabilities of any particular DBMS.
Additionally, we respect the license agreements of proprietary database vendors. If you are a vendor or license holder and believe any part of this material violates your terms, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

But I understand that you want to be on the safe side.
