PDC theme regression with upgrade to Keycloak 26

On the page that allows selection of one or more second-factor authentication methods, some of the styles look a bit out of place after upgrading from Keycloak 23 to Keycloak 26:

@bickelj I will test and confirm it is at least functional still. If it is, I think, unless it's confusing, we're okay.

It still works fine, it's kind of funky-looking though.
