phish.co.za fetching problem

It seems something on phish.co.za has expired and due to enabled HSTS + HTTPS, it's impossible to retrieve samples even when ignoring the invalid certificate.

Therefore, downloading samples this way is currently not possible.

But since the domains from the last report (Phishing-Database/phishing#1064) are successfully appearing on VT, there seems to be some backup channel or something similar (maybe only for VT, idk), which is good.

@mitchellkrogza, @funilrys, or whoever is responsible for the domain - please fix it 🙏

I should really think of an emergency channel for us.

This happened because we are in the process of moving our workloads to a new host.
