[Ares?] Amphibious units with WaterImage in-air above water tile

Amphibious units with WaterImage uses it's WaterImage when unit is above water tile in-air while pulled by the Magnetron.

Ares issue, it correctly checks if the unit is on bridge but doesn't check if the unit is affected by Locomotor warhead.
