Unhandled exception when trying to save as SVG - "No such file or directory"

Steps to reproduce:

Open an existing .svg file in Pinta
Make some edits
Try to save (Ctrl+S) or Save As as .svg

Expected behavior:
Either save the file successfully or show a clear message that SVG export is not supported.
Actual behavior:
Gets this unhandled exception:
Unhandled exception
Error when getting information for file "/home/norman/Desktop/adsflowlogo.svg": No such file or directory
Environment:

OS: Linux Arch Omarchy
Device: Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga (4th Gen)
Pinta version: 3.1.2

Pinta is a raster image editor. It should probably either:

Disable SVG as a save option, or
Give a clear user-friendly message instead of crashing with an unhandled exception.

Interesting, when I tried this I got a proper error message Pinta does not support saving images in this file format
