Pinta can open but can't save as JPEG XL (.jxl)

Description
I can open .jxl files however I can't save anything as .jxl.

To Reproduce

1. Open any file
2. Save as .jxl

This issue seems to be similar to #1857

Can you let us know if libjxl is installed and try installing it if not?

I'm wondering if Glycin might be providing import but not export capabilities.

Yes, libjxl is installed. I have no idea if it's a problem with Glycin or not.

To see if it was an issue with the AUR package, I built Pinta from scratch and the issue still remains. The error is the exact same. Running pinta --debug from the terminal shows nothing other than that error.
