State of repository

Basically outside of updating dependencies there hasn't been much in the way of updates for this repository. There's been plenty of API updates since the last time there was a meaningful change to the repository.

I could look and see about trying to do some updates but would be low priority or you could ask AI about doing the updates but would be better to have an actual maintainer for this repository. Tagged this as help wanted in case anyone would like to take over updating the repository.

@alexander0042 I know we planned on using this repo to update the HA repository but kept with the current code since it worked fine.
