docs(summary): Update cumulative diff history to v0.1.5

Regenerated the `Summary.diff` file to incorporate the complete project history up to version 0.1.5. This update consolidates all previous diffs and documents the significant infrastructure and codebase changes introduced in the latest release.

The summary for v0.1.5 specifically captures:
- Integration of Git LFS for build artifacts, tracking `Summary` and `PSummary` binaries in debug and release profiles.
- Updates to `.gitignore` to manage `Target` directories while preserving specific executable artifacts.
- Migration to Rust Edition 2024 and configuration of cargo stripping in `.cargo/Config.toml`.
- Dependency upgrades across the board, including `clap`, `tokio`, `git2`, `rayon`, and others, along with the addition of build dependencies (`serde`, `toml`).
- Addition of `Graph.md` and `Knowledge.dot` for architectural visualization.
- Refactoring of `build.rs` and standardization of documentation strings throughout the `Source/` modules.
