Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

  • Allow users to vote on bills and rank their importance, saving those votes/rankings to their user profile.
  • Display a rating for each representative/senator based on how well they line up with the user's votes/rankings.

Can you help build it?
Do you have coding experience? Do you want to pursue this feature yourself? Most of Pocket Congress is built in Swift, but we can integrate with other tools.

I'd love to pursue this myself or with help. I've never used Swift but I have a B.S. in Computer Science and lots of experience in web development. I can learn a new language and framework fast, and I'm motivated to make this happen.

Additional info
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

Idea is based on this spreadsheet from Nick Powers which ranks reps based on a small number of bills, but its not very scalable to newly proposed bills.
