This is the final batch of ORAS Mirage Spot information. The data is the same from the previously closed PR. Due to recent PRs not easily merging, the easiest thing to do was start fresh from a new branch and bring in my changes from a clean one.

I used AI to mass-edit IDs in encounter.csv to increment accordingly for my data.
