Fix American spellings to British for UK event blog post (#2750)
* Fix American spellings to British for UK event blog post - analyze → analyse - modeling → modelling - Localizing → Localising - organization → organisation - democratize → democratise * Fix blog post connections: remove incorrect AI/NSF link - Remove incorrect connection between AI and NSF POSE grant - Add proper NSF POSE acknowledgment for open-source ecosystem work - NSF POSE is about building sustainable open-source governance, not AI
