There are 2 ways you can fly in Minecraft in Creative mode. One where you only press W and one where you press the sprint key and W to fly faster. When Fly Boost is enabled it takes over the sprint button and it only makes you use Fly Boost or Slow Fly.
This issue can be fixed by enabling the users to set another keybind for their flyboost toggle different than their ToggleSprint.
OR
It can be fixed by checking if the user has set a dedicated togglesprint button other than CTRL which is vanilla and making the fly boost toggle only work with the dedicated button instead of vanilla sprint button.
