iron-scroll-pos-behavior to be used by any XXX-pages element #31
Following a discussion with @frankiefu in PolymerElements/app-layout#417 (comment), it might be interesting to factor the code for scroll position when switching from pages in a common behaviour.
I can work on a PR if needed!
